At Cubs Closet, we do our best to get your order from our home warehouse to your doorstep as quickly (and smoothly) as possible.

Please take a moment to read our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Times

All orders are packed and prepared for dispatch within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: during busy periods (such as launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended — but we promise we’re working hard behind the scenes and you will be notified of extra processing times during these periods.

Shipping Rates (Australia Only)

We currently ship within Australia.

Our shipping options are:

  • Standard Shipping: $10 AUD

  • Express Shipping: $15 AUD

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 AUD

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once your cart reaches the qualifying amount.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are provided by Australia Post (or our selected courier) and are estimates only:

  • Standard Shipping: approximately 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Cubs Closet is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, weather events, or other carrier-related issues.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@cubscloset.com.au 

International Shipping

At this stage, we only ship within Australia.

We’re a small (but growing!) business, and international shipping is something we hope to offer in the future.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Parcels

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Cubs Closet is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error or failed delivery, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier.

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier.
